Maybe its a foreign spec and not 'strictly speaking' on sale in your country yet? You can't get Aspire 5680 or the Ferrari 4000 in the Far East (Taiwan) at the moment etc. And I've found the specs in a Taiwanese Acer Site btw. Specs as follows:

    Processor: Intel Core Duo T2050 (1.60GHz, FSB 553MHz, 2MB L2)
    Chipset: Mobility i945GM Express
    RAM: 1GB DDR2 533MHz (expandable to 4GB)

Screen: Acer CrystalBrite TFT LCD 14.1" (1280x800)
Graphics Card: Intel GMA 950 (integrated in the 945GM chipset)
    Ethernet: 10/100Mbps BaseT
    Wireless: 802.11b/g compatible

    Hard Drive: 100GB, 5400RPM
    O/S: Windows XP MCE 2005

Seems to me as the non-Centrino, smaller screen (budget) version of the 5630 with 533 MHz FSB and integrated GMA 950 Graphics.

Bizzarely, the Taiwanese 5570 seems to come with T2300E processor and 3495ABG wireless card. I'd check out the manufacturer carefully before I buy if I were you.

    Well,

T2050 is the 533 version, budget processor (slightly better than celeron due to speed step but still a good deal slower than the U2300 and the T2300)

Graphics card is integrated GMA 950 which is very poor for games. How old ios flight sim X btw?

Well, many Acer's that are sold in retail do not last more than a month or two, and Acer does not list the retailed models such as the 5570 on their website because they are "disposable" models, which Acer keeps the same, but changes the model number to refresh its appearance. I wrote a review, because I own one myself. :)

My 5570-4421 has lasted "more than a month or two."

    I guess it doesn't realize it's a "disposable."
