My Acer 5100 has XP Media which does not allow me to link to the server at work to print.
I have transfered all my files to a external hard drive with the help of Paragon hard disk Manager 8.5.
How can I format the hard drive in the laptop to enable me to install XP Pro please.

if you have backed up all your data,,,

put XP Pro disk in CD drive... and boot from CD,,, XP Pro has a format function built into the install

may have to change boot order in BIOS by pressing F2 when Acer screen first appears durring boot..

    later,
