I have a question I hope somebody can answer. I have a acer 5050 and it has windows vista on it. We had left the computer on and when we came back to it it had a message on it that said: Windows shut down and since then we haven't been able to do anything with it. It will come up to the acer screen and that is it. It won't even let me do a recovery on it when I can get it to go as far as doing a recovery on it it will go to the screen and begin. Then it will go to a blue screen and have a bunch of errors on it it has a error 4. The file that main;y come up is file\minint\system32\ntoskrnl.exe could not load. The error code is 4. That is only one of the message that I see there is a whole alot more.I can't even get it to go to safe mode. How can I go about getting hold of the company and sending it to them to fix it. And will it cost anything the computer is only 25 days old. Thanks in advance.

Thanks alot for the information. I was able to call them today. I will be sending the computer back so they can repair it. They said that it could be from the windows vista. Thanks again.
