I have upgraded my Acer 4420 to Vista 64 Business. All works well until it sleeps and wakes back up. The video is almost entirely white. Once I log back in (from sleep mode) the video clears up but the audio makes a HORRIBLE scratching sound. I have done everything I can to fix this. Seems like a driver issue to me - but I have not been able to get a driver that helps. As soon as I re-boot - the problem goes away. But every time it sleeps, the problem is back.

I can relate with the same problem, same on Windows 7 x64.
I wish I could figure it out.
