    Acer 3820TG Replacement Power Brick?

    Just found out my dog nearly bit through my power brick cord (the part connected to the brick). Wondering where I can find a replacement. The ones on ebay have a different connector than the "L" shaped one that came with the laptop.

    Any thoughts? Thanks.

    ok umm srry too bug u guys on this thread but i need some help i have an acer aspire 7741z-4433 and my stepmom and i got into a fight that had nothing to do with my laptop but she procveeded to pick it up and slam it on the ground and now they wont pay to fix it so im looking for ways to protect it from static until i can afford to get it fixed bc right now this is the only way i can do my homework so i have toi use it.
    i already know to limit its use and only the frame is cracked and open but i am still scared that what little i do use it it will get shocked and die so can someone please tell me how to protect it while im using it.

    i would ask the store that u nbought it from if not mayb radio shack
