    Acer 3680 Hard drive issue

    Here is by problem. The HD will not full boot. The bios shows the HD is there.
    It does not respond to CHKDSK or other utilities. It is able to boot from the CD drive. Is the HD the problem or perhaps something else. Ill just replace the drive if thats the most likely culprit. Opinions.

    Seems like a winner to me. Do you have another drive you can test it with.
