    Hi,

    I'm writing from New Zealand.
I've found an interesting Acer laptop in some online resellers price lists.

It's called the Acer TravelMate 3293WXMi. I've been trying to find some more concrete information regarding this laptop but all I came up with were the official Acer Global homepage ( http://global.acer.com/products/notebook/tm3290.htm and a few news-sites commenting the release in September and nothing more. No reviews, nothing. Whicih is rather interesting because I think the specs are pretty good for a 14.1...

    - Intel Core 2 Duo Processors
    - ATi Radeon X1600 (128MB dedicated RAM)
    - magnesium alloy case
    - and the usual setup of various ports and system components.

So my question would be if anyone has some experience with this unit as I'm currently looking for a 12-14" notebook and this can be bought in NZ while the Asus W3J and other similarly specced notes cannot be found over here.

    BR,
    Peter
