I just upgraded the CPU on this machine to a Turion TL56 and now am going to upgrade the hard drive to a WD 320GB 7200 hard drive. I would like to do a 'clean' install but I cannot seem to find 64-bit drivers on Acer's USA website. (I understand that to offer lower cost laptops Acer has to cut back on tech service, but there IS a limit...)

Anyway is there a central repository anywhere, or do I have to go component by component to the individual websites?

Any advice from others who have gone to 64-bit?

    Thanks in advance....

I usually just pull individual drivers from component manufacturers.
