    Hi Experts

I have Acer 3050 notebook, recently i have noticed a problem with my laptop of it behaving weird. Once windows XP loads up and at login time it gets stuck (75%) try to move the mouse it moves very little and unable to click on Login button. Unable to enter the password on the login prompt.

The problem is with battery, as soon as i remove the battery from the laptop it works fine, no problems.

Is my battery needs replacement or do i need any patch for Windows XP?

Can someone suggest some tips for troubleshooting to find a solution?

    Kind Regards
    Bhavesh
