    Hi, I'm new to laptops and this website. I have a problem with my new laptop, an Acer 3023WLMi. Sometimes it freezes for 4 or 5 minutes. It seems to happen after I log off and on again, it also seems to be fixed by shutting the laptop down and rebooting. It freezes when I close internet explorer pages and then I cannot open any sort of program, but the mouse still seems to work. A few minutes later it comes back and all of these programs that I have been trying to open open together. Any ideas what the problem is? I also have a sound problem, when I switch song on windows media player I hear a little crackling sound, any ideas? I don't think it's the sound card because I have an external one that does this, also all media players I have do his too. Thanks in advance!
