    ATI GPU Tool wont work

    Im trying to get ATI GPU Tool to work so i can overclock my card but it says no valid devices found. its the newest version and im running it while plugged in as a administrator. im pretty sure the ati card is active since 3d mark just gave me a score of roughly 7500. what am i doing wrong or what do i need to overclock my card.
