    Just some info for those of you interested. I have installed Windows 7 build 6801 on my AS8930-6555 and the only driver I had issue with is for the card reader, unable to get it functioning. Empowering software is a no go as well as the finger print software. Other than that, the notebook is flying with Windows 7 on it, with about half the processes of Vista running on bootup and 10 % less RAM consumption. All in all, fine combination.
