    ACER Travelmate 6292 cant boot up window

    hi guys,
    last month, i have brought a acer travelmate 6292 laptop at funan it mall.for your information, my os version is window vista with a 2g memory however it give me alot of problem such as sudden hang and the window cannot boot up from dos. i have to on and off a few time before the window can boot up. may i know how can i diagnose the problems or it is due to vista is not stable yet? what should i do? thanks if u all can help me.

    -It is not a problem with Vista's stability.
    -What do you mean by DOS?
    -Do you get any sort of error message?
    -Where does it hang?

    what i mean is when i switch on my laptop, after the acer screen appear, the computer will stop to boot. black screen appear. i didnt get any error message.

    Ah. Try F8 and see if you can boot into Safe Mode.
