    My windows 7 OS is corrupted and I have been advised to reinstall it and need help in how to do so.

    I was not provided with a Win7 disc, but a bootable System CD (Series Rev 7.0).

    Go into BIOS, make sure that CD/DVD drive is set to be the first boot device.
    Place the recovery DVD in the tray and reboot computer- then just follow on screen instructions.
    Make sure to back up all your data from the HDD before re-installing as it may and probably will involve HDD being formated.
