Well I bought a 8920 back in Feb and the 2nd day of owning it I started getting the blue screen of death. Sent it in under warranty and they replaced one of the hard drives and both sticks of ram. Then I get it back and I was still having issues with booting. It takes forever to boot up, so I called and told them this they are like ohh we will send you system recovery disks and that will fix it. I told them no it wont but they are to retarded and no nothing about computers it seems. They insisted that it was a software problem on a brand new reformat that was done at the Acer repair depot. After getting the disc and saying its not working I yet again had to send it back and what do you know I get it back and it is still having the same problem.... I have done a lot of reading and I now see that its the POS acer arcade bloatware partition screwing it up. I have read that some people have removed it. When doing that do you loose your Cinedash controls? I hear the volume control stops working? Im tempted to reformat and put a new Vista Ultimate on it, but I like having the cinedash controls is the thing...

Also what are people experience with getting a refund or a exchange, this thing is pissing me off..

    Thanks,..
