    My laptop didn't come with internal Bluetooth. What part would I need to upgrade to get Bluetooth built-in?

    I've read that Intel 5xxx chips have Wifi and Bluetooth, is this what I need?

    Nope - Intel 5100/5300 wireless cards are just for that - wireless Internet.
