I have this notebook - I'm satisfied with the quality of materials used.. but I have problems with my network card or some crappy drivers I get BSOD when I surf the net.. but overall it's a charming masterpiece!

which network card do you mean?

I hope wireless network is fast and stable.

When I do buy this laptop, I wanted to upgrade all the latest drivers. it shouldn't be a problem?

A few wonky bits here and there, but otherwise a solid build - especially the hinges and screen.

I concur. Pretty solid build, nothing outstanding but nothing poor. Only issue is part of my 'L' key is chipped. Don't know how that happened lol.

the letter's from th Aspire sticker starts to disapear, and the blu-ray drive seams fragile, but the rest is great.
