    Would a CL4 ddr2 800 be a noticeable upgrade compared to CL6 ddr 800? Could I see a performance improvement?

    There might be a small improvement, but not worth the upgrade imho.

    I'm not sure about the power consumption... Do lower timings use more power and battery?
