I have an extensa 2900. The date on the mainboard(at least I think is the main board) is 2004-04.

The ram currently in it a 256mb DDR. I have no idea what would happen if I try to upgrade it with a DDR2 RAM. Would it simply not work or will something break...... I wanted to ask for some advice before I try.
