    Any thoughts on which is the best system for the money. I too had a 2012 on order but they said they might be in on Oct. 10th......can't wait.

    2023 has the PM 1.6 Ghz and the ATI 9700 at 128 MB. The 1662 has desktop chip P4 3.0 Ghz with 64MB ATI 9700. Basically if you want mobility and battery life go with the 2023. The 2023 will last about 5 hours on battery. The 1662 maybe 1 to 1.5 hours and is a little heavier. If use mostly at a desk and on a budget go with the 1662. The 2023 will cost about 37% more.
