ive looked everywhere on this mouse and there is no serial number or part number.. where is it?

and just if anyone is curious, the mouse wheel is gripping a little at one point on every rotation, leaving the hyper scrolling feature completely useless as it only scrolls for about 2-4 rotations when it should be scrolling for 20

Um, the serial number if it wasn't on the mouse body itself was on a tag that attaches to the mouse cord. Silly I know :p

Is there a individual serial number for each mouse? Are you trying to get support for it from Logitech and they're asking?

    Mfg Part#: 910-000173

For the hyperscroll sticking, it's usually because it gets dirty inside so it doesn't spin as freely as when it's new.
