    hello fellow NBR members,
    I recently purchased the targus chillmat in a hasty state and did not log on here before my purchase, how I wish now that I had beforehand. however I did find a way of fixing the noise problem that seems to have destroyed targus' reputable name, it says on the back it of its case it doesn't make much noise but trust me when I say its REALLY loud, like an overpowered hairdryer right next to your ear. look below for instructions.

    I recommend you do not buy this noise projector unless your desperate

    LOL I like the last picture. If you really do need a notebook cooler, I recommend the Antec Cooler. It's quieter than the fan on my PC.

    thanks for the tip, I'm thinking of buying the new notepal Infinite but I'm definitely open to suggestions.

    I love my NotePal :x However if you're looking for a portable solution, I might advise against it.
