is there any mice that can click by not physical clicking, but rather like the trackpad's tap-touch-click?
    those would be silent

and i would like some recommendations on cheap headsets with mics.

I don't know if a mouse like that exists yet, but it sounds, rather doesn't sound, like a good idea for people with hyper sensitive hearing.

What I am thinking of is a mouse that is just like any other mouse, but the left and right click are touch sensitive. And perhaps a small motor for haptics feedback can be added. The same would go for the rest of the back, forward, etc buttons. The scrollwheel would be a simple trackpad that would function like the scroll edges on laptop trackpads.

There are some companies that make external trackpads:

There are also some keyboards that have trackpads on them. It's not exactly a "touch operated" mouse though- just an external trackpad

I tried that thing out and for 80$+ not worth it IMO id rather spend the money on a Thinkpad keyboard with a touchpad
