I need to right click on a file to be able to send it out electronically. However, its on a computer that doesn't actually have an accesible mouse. All i have to work with is a "Light pen" and the on screen keyboard. Is there any way to right click on the file without a mouse?

Make sure your cursor is where you want it and hit Shift+F10.
