    who uses them

    useful or not?

    would it be counter productive (stupid even) to get say bright LED screen then slap on a privacy filter

    also, if you're not using a privacy filter, how does one store it

    I don't use one. I don't really care who looks at my screen. And I don't care if someone cares if I'm looking at their screen.

    Some privacy filters make the screen look veiled. I have a hard time aiming in games if I use a privacy filter.

    she, the best ones are probably from 3M (cause of brand I guess)

    but they don't actuallt work that well too. You can still see just a little more smudged. Say someone on a plane was sitting next to you they can see what you're doing. prob not what the letters e.g.

    screens become super dull also.

    I don't use one at all.

    Just throw caution when your in a *public place* with your lappy, and you should be fine!

    Now, if you had a job that presented extremely *confidential* information be on your lappy all the time...then a privacy filter would deem necessary for me!
