Hello, i need a new sound card, because i use more and more my notebook and not more my desktop pc. I wanted to sell my creative x-fi fatality and get an usb/fireware card with nearly same sound quality. Are there some cards available? The only card i know is the audigy 2 nx. The card MUST have 7.1.
    Thanks

The only USB creative card that I know of is the Audigy 2NX that you mention. I have never heard of a firewire sound card.

Creative also makes the Xmod, which is USB based as well. Look into Turtle Beach's USB sound card options as well.
