Hey guys im gonna be ordering my dell e1705 in a few days, and im planning on getting the pacific breeze notebook cooler.

    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16834996501

unfortunately im a little unsure how well this thing will work, ive gotten some positive feedback from people who have used this for their own E1705 and they say it works great, but im a bit doubtful because i dont want the cooler to interrupt with the normal airflow of the laptops own cooling.

Im a little curious, the vents underneathe the E1705, are they intake vents where cool air comes in? so putting a pacific breeze under there would ultimately help the laptop take in cool air, at a faster pace too.

Lastly im a bit worried about the angle that the pacific breeze puts the laptop at, could someone with a E1705 with a pacific breeze possibly send me a picture or a description of how high the laptop gets raised after positioning the pacific breeze cooler underneathe it? thanks guys

I haven't seen the e1705, but I am pretty sure that the intake fan is on the bottom and the output is somewhere on the side. Imagine if it were the reverse - the notebook would be dumping hot air onto your notebook compenents on the bottom - the memory, mini pci card, battery, hard drive etc.
