    hi JasonKillz

try looking at logitech v450 (laser) or v320 (optical)
both of them looked similar but the price difference is not big.
The receiver of both that mouse is small compared to logitech "Cordless Optical Mouse".
but the price of both v450 and v320 is more than $30 :p

Or maybe you can try logitech v200 and v220. I think the price of both v200 and v220 are below $30

I'm a user of vx nano btw :p

laser is a type of optical engine, but it's more refined and more accurate then the earlier LED type. that aside, I've now used both the VX Nano and the VX Revolution...buy a VX Nano, you won't regret it! very nice mouse and I have found it to be a lot more refined then the VX Revolution. the styling may not be as 1337, but for comfort and use, the Nano is the way to go :)

btw, Dell did have the VX Nano on for $40...otherwise, if you look around for price matching, you should be able to get it for around $48. :)

I say go for the VX revolution. There are various deals across the net that would land you with this beauty for under $40. It's the perfect size and ergonomically it is superior to anything else out there in the right handed mouse catergory even the nano. I too have used both the nano and the revolution and hands down i would choose the revolution. The nano is just too small for routine everyday use. Also if you appreciate lots of buttons and cutting edge design you can't beat the revolution.

Wait until Sunday, and go to your local Staples. The Nano is on sale for $30 off, so it is either $30 or $40 (sorry, can't remember which off the top of my head...I saw it in the newspaper ad preview). I'll be picking one up for myself.

Got a VX Nano this afternoon. It was $40 after the discount, so a little more than I thought, but still a pretty good price compared to many other places.

Pulled open the package, installed the included batteries into the mouse, and plugged in the receiver into my laptop. Vista (32-bit Ultimate) automatically recognized it, installed the drivers, and I'm up and running. All of the buttons are functioning correctly, although you can supposedly customize them more if you install the Logitech software. I'd rather not install any extra stuff than what I need, so using the built-in Vista drivers are fine with me.

IMO, well worth the price. Even comes with a nice little case to put it in to protect it when it's in your bag. Nice touch, Logitech.

Definitely awesome, I got Circuit City to price match my VX Nano to Staples newest sale *40 Bucks plus Tax*. It is an awesome mouse that barely needs any configuration, it is a tad bit on the pricey scale but for it does *portability* it rocks.
