Well my Diamondback 3G just died on me. I've been spoilt by a high DPI mouse so a normal mouse simply won't do. Kinda wondering which one to get:

MX518 - Looks okay if I get a plain black one. The silver one with black holes in it is just plain fugly though. But I'm kinda worried about it's tracking abilities cause it's a pretty old mouse.

Razer Copperhead - Pretty much like the Diamondback 3G except it looks better. The only problem I have with it is that I heard the laser sensor isn't that great and it skips a lot. Read that the 3G Infrared sensor is superior to it.

DeathAdder - Pretty much almost like the Diamondback 3G except it has a different shape. Wondering if this would be problematic. I'm pretty used to the Diamondback/Copperhead feel.

Or...any other suggestions? Ahhh....really not sure.

    palm-gripper or claw-gripper?

at any rate, Cyber Snipa Stinger and Steelseries Ikari are both fantastic mice, take a look at those two.

logitech mx 90, I think that is the brand. Love it for gaming. Its the one with the scroll wheel that can spin at a very high rate.

Is microcenter or frys close by? They have a wide selection of gaming mice. Not sure if they'll let you try it on a PC though.

I decided to go buy a Logitech Trackman. It's what I was real good at when playing FPS like Quake and Quake II.

The logitech g9 is the mouse for claw grippers, but I have to say, even though i'm a claw gripper, i enjoyed the feel of the razer deathadder over the g9 when i was testing them. That's odd considering the deathadder is designed for palm grippers while g9 is claw grippers. I only move my mouse with my fingers/wrist so i know i'm not a palm gripper.

    Steelseries Ikari FTW!

Or a Logitech G9 will do you proud as well.

For palm-grippers with a medium/large hand, ms sidewinder is great. I got the first generation one for 40 bucks on amazon (comes with weights, three sets of feet, cord manager) and I love it.

go for the g5, if u can still find it. wired is always the best thing in my opinion. the thing is built like a rock. i managed to drop it a few times and it still works like new. it also has interchangeable weights.
