This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I used to have the Evercool one. The fans are nice and quiet but like the reviewer a few posts in newegg said, the rubber feet do come off if you are lazy and slide the pad while the weight of the laptop is on there. Not a big deal, though.

    I think it's a tossup bewteen the two you posted. I would get the Evercool and not be lazy when moving it around ;)
