I recently purchased a Razer Habu gaming mouse. While originally it worked fine, I had to reload my laptop. Now it seems my mouse has trouble moving down to the right )i.e. it struggles). Any suggestions?

You mean the Microsoft Habu right? It was Razers design but Microsoft makes it. Its practically a Razer Deathadder

Go to the manufacturers website and you can download the firmware and driver updates for the mouse

Yes, Microsoft's Habu - but I often see it marketed as "Razer Habu"

Firmware update should fix it.. if it doesnt then its defective and needs to be returned.
