Okay I have a 2GB USB drive I have Halo on it and it runs great when I hook it up to my laptop. I even put steam on it and ran counter-strike off of it, but sometimes steam takes a while to start up I have to try a few times. I also have Xfire on it. I was wondering is it possible to put MSN on it, without having it installed on the laptop of my harddrive? I have it on my desktop, so I copied and past the folder onto the USB drive, loads uo but when I hit sign in it just closes down, is there a way to get it on a usb drive and run it?

Well normally I'd point out that this is the exact kind of usage that'll reduce a thumb drive's lifespan by some huge number, but they've gotten better in recent years and a lot cheaper so what the heck.

Yeah that's right, plus I got it on sale, like $80 off plus since I work at Best Buy I got another discount, so it was super cheap. So anyone know how to get MSN on it and get it working?

Or try http://www.gaim.sf.net if you don't need all the features of "real" MSN (most of which are really just annoyances)
