I travel frequently. Taking adapters for the laptop, cell phone and PDA takes up a lot of space and weight. Has anyone used the adpters from iGo(ice 70 and ice 90)?. They claim you could buy 1 adapter to use on all three(3 different inserts).
I have a Sony PCG-GRT360ZG. No information anywhere on the iGo web space for this model. No response from iGo to my voice mail or e-mail. Wonder about the quality of their product with such bad customer service(is it a one man operation?)
    Any suggestions?

I did a review of the Ice 70 at www.bargainPDA.com a while ago and was a beta tester for the Ice 90. Both are excellent products and work very well.

I use the iGO juice 70 and absolutely love the product. I'm in the same position as you; travel frequently, use laptop, cellphone, and PDA. All of those power blocks were killing my back. Having the one device (iGO) has helped tremendously. I was able to find adapters for just about all of my laptops, including an older one. I also picked up the accessory cables for my phone (Motorola 720) and iPaq. I went through the same thing with their customer service. One laptop I own is only sold in Japan and wasn't listed on their site. I just kept trying tips until I found one that fit and was able to power it up.

Two things... Definately check if the iGO is compatiable with your model. Newer laptops seem to be using more than 70 watts, so anything else could damage your equipment. I would send another note to them and include your laptop model and its wattage. I did the same thing with one particular laptop but found out it did work before they got back to me...which took about 3 weeks. Secondly, be careful when using it with a PDA. One thing I notice is that after about 15 minutes of being fully charged, if the iGO is left in, my iPAQ just continously powers up and down. I imagine that letting that go could damage the battery and possibly the device. Other than that, it is a great product and a life/back saver.
