    Hi all,

I did a search and most of the relevant threads seemed to be pretty old. I'm looking for printer recommendations. The Canon MP 210 that I got for $10 along with my Gateway has died on me (possibly the result of my room mate accidentally throwing chewing tobacco into it). I'm finding it difficult to live without a printer so I'm in the market for a new one. My criteria, in order of priority:

    1: Less than $100
    2: Printer+scanner combo
3: Small footprint; my Canon is on a ledge above my desk. The front quarter overhangs the ledge and sits over my computer. I'm afraid if any more protrudes, it'll fall on my laptop.
    4: Good ink expenditure.
5: Well built; I've heard Canon is a reputable brand, but the one I have seems a bit flimsy. I leaned on it just a little bit while trying to fix it and I heard a distinct popping sound as the side panel separated from the top panel a bit.
6: Compatible with a bluetooth adapter. Not necessary, but would be nice.

    Any suggestions?

Consider the HP F4280. Its a Printer/Scanner/Copier and takes up relatively little space, I think. It is priced at well below $100.

I have always had issues with Canon printers. HP printers have been better to me.
