Assume I get a laptop w/bluetooth. If I purchase a BT keyboard/mouse combo, can I just install the drivers and turn on the BT and go? I don't have to use the dongle that comes w/the keyboard mouse combo right? Thanks for the help.

Not necessarly. I remember that both logitech and MS had some issues with their peripherals not using the dongle that shipped with them.

What keyboard mouse are you looking at?
