I have a dell vostro 1500 and I am looking for GPRS/GSM pci e mini cards. So where can I find them, I mean which online retailers?

Looked at a couple but they only had express slot cards.

    Thanks

All of them are either PCMCIA or express card. I am referring to the internal PCIe mini card slots.

Are these cards (the internal pcies) compatible with mobile networks round the globe or are these locked to ATT/verizon/sprint?
