    Hi all, signing up for Netflix. Just wondering, why do they have so many titles that are displayed on their site, but state that they are unavailabe?
    For example, the entire 'House' TV series. Each season is marked unavailable, but they make a point of showing a picture of it on their site..

    If it matters, this is Netfix.ca

    might be a show/movie that's coming out soon or so old that it's not available anymore. that would be my guess.

    It might be because its Netflix CA. All the House seasons are available on dvd for me. My guess is that since the Canadian version of netflix is relatively new, not everything will be available right off the bat. Wait a while and they'll probably come in.

    Yes. That^. Canada has streaming only, and I guess they don't have the rights to air it in Canada... like a lot of content in the .ca version of Netflix. Expect it to show up sometime soon though.

    for someone who knows anything about the movie/broadcasting(?) industry, should canadians expect stargate: universe to become available on netflix? that is literally the main reason why i signed up for it.
