I'm looking for a notebook carrying case for my 15.4" Dell Inspiron 1501.

What is the best and smallest laptop carrying case? The problem I've noticed with most notebook cases I've seen is they are huge, sometimes 3 times wider than my laptop!

Look at the Samsonite L35 notebook case. It is relatively thin.

Depends what you need. If you are looking for sleeve only without any additional stuff around, you can try becase.com or crumbler. The first one has a size finder which allows to play with various sizes and your device.
