When you say a gaming mouse, does it mean that it is a good mouse for graphic design?

A screen for tablet is too small to get the job done efficiently, and yet very expensive.
Anyway, I don't know any tablet-screen for desktop. The graphic design (3dsMax) I am doing is on desktop, not on my laptop.

Well a gaming mouse would be suitable for graphics design more so than a regular mouse because they usually have more dpi. For example most gaming mice have 1600 or 2000dpi which leads to more accurate mouse control.

No... a gaming mouse is usually a high dpi (precision) mouse good for high-level gaming.

Those tablets are a lot of fun, but it takes some getting used to.
