I recently purchased (it has yet to be delivered) a 13" Macbook Pro from Apple.com!
I'm looking to buy a case for it because I am ultra paranoid about scratching/denting the aluminum casing. I have heard some pretty gruesome horror stories!

I am looking for an efficient case that will be do it's job without costing an arm and a leg! Any suggestions?
Also: if you have any suggestions about any more accessories, please throw them my way!

    Nope, spamming just fine.

There's three elements to protecting the inadequately built Apples. Abrasion, denting and bending. Despite what the Apple fanboi press reviews say, it's not impossible to bend this machine and once it is bent, unlike other notebooks it stays bent - until you bend it back. Abrasion is a problem for frequent users - both in terms of palmrest wear and pitting as well as wear by removing it from a bag. And lastly denting is fairly easy on the underside, although everywhere else it's more a bending problem than denting.

Against abrasion you can use the Invisibleshield - it's a total bugger to apply, but it isn't rocket science (although who knows, for the people who move to Mac 'because there are no viruses' it may be a mental challenge) and once properly applied and the bubbles go away after a few days, it looks pretty decent and will protect fully from everyday abrasion. Against bending and denting - well, you have to apply an additional hard layer to get that protection.

There's the Speck case ( http://www.speckproducts.com/products/seethru/macbook-pro-13-aluminum-black-keys/159) which is pretty popular.

Beyond that, I don't know what your definition of an arm and a leg is, but I've ordered a higher-end version of this for my Airs, the Suit. ( http://www.vajacases.com/home/home_...-apple-macbook_13_2g&ini=nap398i&c=5&it=1&s=2)

Also personally, I'm quite partial to skins from here. http://www.infectious.com/
