VERY last backpack thread i promise ;)

anyhow, according to the specs, the M15x is too deep to actually fit into the laptop slot. what i'm wondering if this is ACTUALLY true(as in, someone has tested this and verified it one way or the other), because i'm wondering about if the specs were biased on either product, one way or the other.

if the lappy does indeed not fit, does anyone know were to get a Booq Boa 3L? with some sort of warranty on it(more specifically, some sort of return policy on it - so i can send the backpack back if it comes ripped in half or is missing zippers/seams or something rather) and can ship to Canada. eBay is applicable as well, just need a reputable seller.
