Ok, Im sick and tired of my Microsoft cheapie mouse. Im finally buying a wireless laptop mouse.

My price is anything under $60-70, so IM NOT going to get the MX revolution ;)

    What do I buy?

    Yup, Logitech make good mice.

Could also depend if you're looking for a gaming mouse or a really tiny one, etc.

mx revolution is a nice mouse, except for the low dpi it has... i think it was below 1000. this is ok if you have low res screen, but for high res screen, i dont think that it'll be enough.

i recommend getting the G7 from logitech. it is the best wireless mouse IMO. i haven't seen any better wireless mouse. i'll list you the ups and down of the G7.

    the GOOD:
    -high resolution laser sensor
    -no wireless lag
    -very good quality and durability
-smooth glide from the big teflon feet.
-there is more, but i think i've said the most important bit.

    the bad:
-they remove the 'forward' button from the mx1000 series :'(

The Logitech G7 is a good mouse. You can also consider the Logitech MX1000. If you arent considering the MX Revolution because it is over your budget, I suggest you shop around. I have seen the MX Revolution available for $60 to $70 at some online stores.

I already have the G7 for my desktop. Its a little big for what I'm looking for. I'm looking for a real laptop mouse.

I could LOOK for some MX Revolutions for cheap, and I'll look at the MX1000.

    Anything else?

OH, and I messed them up. Im DEFINETLY not looking at the MX revolution, but I would look at the VX Revolution.

I can get one for $60, should I get it? How is it?

    NEVERMIND!!

    That's $60 USD, $120 CDN for me. So....That's a nono.

Ok, under $60 Canadian, so roughly $50 USD

If you are looking for notebook mice, consider the V200 from Logitech.

I'd go with the logitech trackman for a mouse, far easier to use, don't worry about wireless (since you never move the device so it's easy) and it's cheap too.

I found wireless to be a pain, batteries kept running out, kept having to try to deal with that...bleh!

i have got the logitech V270 bluetooth mouse. it came free with my laptop so it has asus stickers where logitech should be but i think its pretty good and small also. Batteries last too, when i take them out of my digi camera they go into my mouse, they last months

the logitech V400 is an excellent mouse.. i've been using it for over a year and its great. its laser and its pretty small but still comfortable to use. the receiver is small and fits into the back so all you really have to carry around is the mouse.
I think it was recently at futureshop for $30 CND

THANKS FOR THE WEBSITE!!! I found the v200 for $20!

Thanks a ton, since the V200 is so cheap, I might look into that. The v400 is $30 cheapest...Is it REALLY worth the extra ten bucks? How's the battery life?

I just have the Microsoft Wireless 4000 mouse. $29 for me. I never understood the importance of mice -- as long as it 'moves' in the direction I do -- good.

    Logitech VX totally kickass.

Its light, the new scroll feature kicks butt and its nice and tiny.

I take my mouse with me everytime I use my laptop. I might get one more VX for my other laptop.
