OK heres the deal: I want to get my parents good mice. They just use the regular mice that come bundled with PCs, and Id like to get them some nice ones!

Essentially comfortable ones! And corded, as wireless might be too much of a hassle as theyll be using them at work. Up to now, Ive been looking at the Logitech MX400, which seems to fit the bill (all this from surfing the web, I have never tried this mouse). And, if it helps, I want to buy something as comfortable as the mouse I use, the razer deathadder.

    TIA!

The Lotgitech 400 your looking at, is supposed to be a nice mouse :D
    Here at amazon.com: $30.35

I use the same Wireless Microsoft 3000 mouse that Cin' listed at the bottom, and it is wonderful! I really recommend that one, as it is very comfortable in your hand and scrolling is great!

Ohh that's a hard one..cuz I used the MS 3000 for a long time!!!

Maybe go with the MX400? Your first choice?

Or, order both? The MS 3000 is about $20, and you can send back the one you don't like! :D

I like the look's of the MX400 :D It looks like it would fit one's hand well! :D

well... I think they should touch mouse by hand. I think anyone has different preferences and good look it's not all. I'm always going to big store to touch all these mouses before I buy. And please without naughty commnets :p

For your mom you might want to consider the logitech VX nano. It is a small wireless notebook mouse. Many women have small hands and like notebook mice. I get great distance and the batteries last a very long time. The reciever is tiny. It's my favorite mouse. I also have a microsoft 3000 wireless standard sized mouse. It is very nice, but my hand hurts after a long time of using it.

I am not understanding what you think will be the hassle of using a wirelesss mouse.

The Nano is nice and small...I think he just wants the Wired for certain reasons.

That's too bad your MS 3000 bothers you after long use! :( I really liked mine, and I used it everytime I was on my computer! I have small hands, and it worked really well for me!!

My hubby loves the MS 3000 also. It is very reliable. I tend to go back and forth between the two to give my hand a rest.

the hassle of having to change batteries or recharge them. Like, say they are in the middle of something and the mouse dies. and dont say they should check the batteries before use, because theyre not going to :p.

Great choice! I've tried this mouse out in OfficeDepot a couple times, and it was a great feeling mouse!
