I am looking for spacious backpack for my Inspiron E1505 (15.4"). I would be using this to carry laptop and a few books (not heavy though) on a daily basis to school. I saw these three Targus from Amazon. Could you please let me know if any of this would fit my laptop and my requirements? Thanks.

Targus XL looks really good and big. However, I would like to keep the price within $40.

I am reading the reviews of CVR600 in Amazon. Few of the reviewers have mentioned that Inspiron E1505 won't fit in this bag. Can someone please confirm this?

Are you only considering Targus? Seems like you've limit your budget to ~$35. I'd recommend the Synergy by Swiss Gear.

Thanks. Synergy seems to cost around $60. I would prefer to go with a cheaper one.

I was reading reviews for CVR 600 in sites other than Amazon and it seems E1505 would fit in this. Official Targus website also confirms that CVR 600 is good for Inspiron 6000. So I went ahead and ordered mine from Amazon for $7 (after a nice $25 coupon I had) with free shipping.

I have a swissgear one. The straps are really nice and wide. Cushions on the back support. Tons of internal space and different compartments.

It fits my 15.4" widescreen perfectly inside and there's padding all around it so it doesn't get wrecked. Worth the money imho

I also have a Swissgear laptop bag and use it for cycling. Very comfortable and moderately (not completely) rainproof.

Received my CVR 600 today. It perfectly fits my E1505 with some extra space to spare. Other than that, the bag looks smaller than the one shown in the photos. Amazon was lightning quick in sending this bag to me. Got the order in less than 3 days eventhough I chose free shipping. Thanks.
