    I have a dell a920. I print out 1 page paper/essay each week.
Today I was trying to print a 1 page calendar for 2010 which was color.
The first page came out 99% blank. The second came out with only some black letters but no color at all. I tried 3 more times but there is absolutely no color. Dell's software says the color cartridge is full. So I'm guessing the color dried up, right?

If it did dry up because I use it so rarely, what should I do if I buy another color cartridge? Should I save it in an airtight plastic bag when I'm not using it?

Thanks in advance for some advice.

Maybe an error within the servers?
