Do you mean a cooling pad?

I got myself this cooler for my Qosmio to bring down the temperatures of the GPU when running games, It lights up red and cools it down by 10-15 celcius if its put in the correct place at the back of the laptop

Currently there are only generic coolers that do nothing in terms of cooling. If you want a cooler that works you wont be able to get red LEDs ... I recommend the NZXT Cryo LX for your notebook. Highly actually.

Actually, that's the perfect choice as it can be easily modded to get red LEDs. What I did with my NZXT Cryo LX is simply replaced the three 120mm fans with Aerocool ones. It can take any standard 120mm fan. For instance, you can replace the original fans with these (the Cryo holds three 120mm fans).
