Top two coolers would be the NZXT Cryo LX or Zalman ZM-NC2000. Depends on how your vents are placed.

build your own from lexan/plexi and a couple of 120mm fans. cost around 20-30 bucks. premades will not even compare in temperature control.

if u don't mind spendin a little extra premium for a cooler that can move some serious air, then i highly recommend the cryo LX. i've seen them for around $70 -/+ at one point.

on the bottom with one near the left hinge that curves around the front and back (the one that gets the hottest).

With such a large wrap around vent the cryo would be very suitable as its 3 120mm fans blow air upwards. It can apparently house up to 19" notebooks comfortably.

It's actually larger than the Zalman NC2000. Should fit a 19" just perfectly (if they ever came in that form). So, when's yours arriving?
