    Hi guys,

I've got a problem with this product.

When I plug it in my USB3 port it appears in the device manager as a DTMB BDA TV USB with an exclamation mark.
There are no drivers for the device so I don't know what to do. The hdd i plug in the device are not recognized either.

    Here's my setup:
    - Lenovo W530
    - Dell U2711 (connected trough display port and usb for data)

I connect the conceptronic adapter directly to my laptop since there are no usb3 ports on the screen.
I got my monitor hooked op to my laptop trough usb (and displayport) , and got a scanner, external hdd, keyboard, mouse and speakers connected to the monitor.

I'm at a point where I don't know what to do anymore..
So if any of you got suggestions..
