I've got the microsoft IntelliMouse Explore for Bluetooth, and I love it, it the first wireless mouse that I've had and so far so good, I doubt I will ever go back.
The only downside was the price but I'm glad I got it. It came with a small thumb sized usb bluetooth dongle which was why I went for it over a few of the others which had large hub type things which I didn't want. I think it also comes in a keyboard/mouse pack which may also be worth looking at as it often is priced much better then the mouse alone.

Do you want a desktop or portable?

My favs include the Logitech MX900 for desktop and the Targus portable.

If you have a built-in bluetooth card, may I suggest the Bluetake BT500? It has a on/off switch, which is nice to extend battery life. Google Bluetake and check it out.
