Apart from pre populated & extremely expensive thunderbolt external drives I am hunting for something to stick a spare 512gb NVMe drive into so I can hook it up to my XPS 9560 via thunderbolt or USB3.1 but I am not seeing anything on the market, anyone seem something to do the job?

    Thanks.

Well this sucks, I have a 512gb NVMe drive I can't use and can't really sell as it is the drive that came with the laptop, and knowing Dell the laptop will end up going back if they can't fix the inherent problems.

Thanks for looking but that is a u.2 connector not USB and it seems no one does an adapter for that to USB.
